Michael Winestone has spent over twenty years operating across every phase of residential real estate and construction in Greater Los Angeles. His background spans the full arc of how a property is conceived, financed, built, and delivered. As the former Vice President of Fassberg, a major multifamily/mixed-use general contractor in Los Angeles, Michael has helped manage complex large-scale residential construction projects, leading client relationships, overseeing preconstruction and estimating, coordinating trade partners, and driving accountability across every phase of the build.. That hands-on experience, combined with deep expertise in real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing, gives him a perspective that is genuinely rare: someone who has been in every room where decisions get made and understands what each one costs if it goes wrong.

As founder of The Winestone Group, Michael built one of the Greater Los Angeles area’s most respected platforms for clients navigating high-stakes property decisions, including luxury residential sales, complex divorce and trust transactions, and owner-rep advisory on new construction. Attorneys, certified family law specialists, and mediators across Southern California came to rely on his judgment, his discretion, and his ability to manage competing interests and bring clarity to situations where the personal and financial stakes are both significant.
